- Design and implement market-making, arbitrage, and systematic strategies from research through to production execution.
- Analyze complex market microstructure and on-chain data using statistical and machine-learning techniques to identify alpha.
- Build and optimize low-latency trading system components, including signal-generation pipelines and exchange connectivity tools.
Who you are
Who this is a fit for
- Holds an M.S. or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science with 3–5 years of trading experience.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and a performance-critical language like C++, Rust, or Go, with a background in HFT development.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate large datasets and apply rigorous backtesting methodologies to real-time market data environments.
