- Conduct live diagnostic calls with enterprise customers to assess and restructure complex data models, linked record strategies, and automation logic.
- Physically rebuild customer environments to demonstrate scalable architecture, performance improvements, and the integration of new AI capabilities.
- Translate technical architectural changes into clear business impact statements for stakeholders, ensuring they understand the 'why' behind every optimization.
