  • Build and close a pipeline of high-growth startups and scaleups, owning the revenue number for the European market.
  • Define the commercial playbook, including ICP identification, messaging, pricing strategy, and outbound/inbound motions.
  • Hire and lead the future European sales organization as the market motion proves out and scales.
