As the first sales hire, you will build the repeatable sales motion for an AI-native infrastructure platform that automates candidate screening. You will own the full-cycle journey from outbound prospecting to closing deals, working directly with founders to scale a product with zero churn and high-growth traction among tech startups.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from personalized outbound prospecting to closing deals with no SDR handoffs.
  • Run experiments across messaging and positioning to identify and scale high-converting sales channels.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, translating market feedback into actionable product priorities for the engineering team.

Candidate profile

Who this is a fit for

  • 5+ years of experience in early-stage sales, ideally as a founding AE or early hire at a SaaS startup.
  • Proven track record of selling technical products to engineers, CTOs, or HR leadership.
  • A "hunter" mentality with the ability to build a pipeline from scratch using networks and outbound strategies.
