Responsibilities
What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end sales process from discovery and product demos to complex negotiations with C-level stakeholders in HR, Legal, and Finance.
- Proactively build and manage a high-quality pipeline through outbound outreach and networking in the San Francisco Bay Area and West Coast.
- Partner with leadership to refine US go-to-market strategy, value propositions, and sales playbooks based on real-time market feedback.

- Possesses 3–6 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience with a documented history of overachieving revenue targets.
