Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from SDR handoff to close, managing consultative 3-6 month deals with property operators and C-suite executives.
  • Deliver high-quality, technical product demos that translate AI capabilities into clear operational value for BTR, PBSA, and multifamily sectors.
  • Partner directly with the CEO to refine pricing, positioning, and messaging while maintaining an accurate revenue forecast in the CRM.

Candidate profile

Who this is a fit for

  • 3+ years of experience closing mid-market B2B SaaS deals with a track record of running live demos and navigating complex procurement.
  • Exceptional discovery and consultative selling skills, with the ability to build credibility with both operational and technical stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment, ideally within PropTech, real estate, or operations-heavy software sectors.
