You will own and grow a portfolio of marketplace customers, driving month-on-month growth in retention and wallet share. • Manage a customer book in the £5-15k monthly spend range, driving 10-20% month-on-month growth through proactive engagement and supplier recommendations.
• Build and implement AI-first workflows and automated tools to scale account management efficiency while maintaining personalized customer relationships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and operations teams to translate customer pain points into platform improvements and win back lapsed accounts.

• Brings 2+ years of commercial or account management experience, preferably in early-stage startups, with a proven track record of hitting revenue targets.
• Possesses an AI-first mindset with recent experience building automated workflows or implementing AI tools to improve operational systems and processes.
