You will own the full sales cycle for high-value strategic accounts within critical UK infrastructure, managing complex six-figure deals and multi-stakeholder relationships to drive adoption of life-saving geo-fencing technology during a critical pre-exit growth phase.

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end strategic account management for major infrastructure routes, each representing up to £1m in annualised revenue.
  • Design and implement structured sales processes, qualification frameworks, and CRM disciplines to replace founder-led commercial activity.
  • Manage the commercial conversion of technical pilots and demonstrations into long-term, high-value contracts through robust business case development.

Candidate profile

Who this is a fit for

  • 7+ years of experience in complex B2B solution sales with deal sizes of £500k+ and long, multi-stakeholder cycles.
  • Proven track record in operationally conservative or regulated industries such as rail, utilities, construction, or energy.
  • Exceptional ability to build cost-benefit analyses and ROI models to secure budget in constrained, high-stakes environments.
