You will bridge the gap between frontier AI and traditional industries by deploying production systems for private equity funds, manufacturers, and logistics firms. Working directly with repeat founders who sold companies to TikTok, you will build end-to-end software that processes real transactions, reviews patient records, and generates measurable economic value.

• Design and build end-to-end AI software systems, from initial client scoping to shipping production-ready code that handles live transactions.
• Collaborate directly with leadership teams at client sites, including PE funds and global distributors, to integrate AI into their core workflows.
• Rapidly iterate on frontier models and tooling to determine what actually scales in high-stakes business environments versus what is just hype.

• 4+ years of full-stack software engineering experience with a proven track record of shipping production-grade systems, not just features.
• Demonstrated agency and initiative through significant side projects, open-source contributions, or a history of high performance in non-technical fields.
• Strong business curiosity and communication skills to effectively translate complex technical solutions for non-technical leadership and stakeholders.
