- Ship end-to-end agentic matchmaking systems, moving from research to production with measurable accuracy improvements.
- Design and maintain context engineering pipelines including RAG, summarization, and memory management for complex conversations.
- Build internal observability tools and evaluation harnesses to track model performance, latency, and hallucinations.
