Responsibilities
What you will do
- Lead AI features from discovery to production, specifically focusing on autonomous Wealth Agents that deliver personalized financial guidance.
- Partner with engineering on technical decisions including prompting strategies, agent orchestration layers, and robust monitoring frameworks.
- Define and track rigorous success metrics for AI systems, including hallucination thresholds, accuracy, and compliance within a regulated environment.
