You will own the core reasoning loop powering AI agents that autonomously resolve IT, HR, and Ops tasks for companies like Databricks and Figma. This role involves building multi-step planning engines and self-correcting agent architectures that move beyond simple wrappers to achieve 50%+ auto-resolution rates in complex enterprise environments.

• Design and optimize the core agent reasoning engine using real usage data to improve reliability and adaptability.
• Build intelligent agents that plan multi-step workflows, call enterprise tools, and self-correct from production failures.
• Develop category-defining product capabilities and evaluation loops that treat agent quality as a first-class engineering problem.

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a deep focus on shipping production-grade agentic systems and LLM architectures.
• Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js with the ability to design reliable APIs and debug complex distributed systems.
• Strong product sense and an ownership mindset, comfortable iterating quickly based on SOTA research into new model architectures.
