Responsibilities
What you will do
- Design and optimize the core reasoning engine and evaluation loops to ensure agent reliability and adaptability.
- Build intelligent agents that autonomously execute multi-step workflows across complex enterprise systems and APIs.
- Treat agent quality as an ML optimization problem, leveraging real usage data to improve performance and resilience.
Candidate profile
Who this is a fit for
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of shipping production-grade agentic systems.
- Deep expertise in LLM orchestration, tool use, and designing evaluation loops beyond simple wrappers.
- Strong product sense and proficiency across the stack, particularly with TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
