Join a dynamic 40-person accountancy practice as an Audit Semi-Senior in our Wanstead office. You will support a diverse portfolio of clients across the South-East, bridging the gap between junior staff and senior management. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on audit experience while receiving dedicated professional development support.

• Assist in the planning and execution of statutory audits for a variety of small and medium-sized enterprises.
• Prepare financial statements and audit workpapers to ensuring compliance with UK GAAP and professional auditing standards.
• Collaborate closely with senior auditors and partners to identify client risks and suggest internal control improvements.

• Currently studying for the ACA qualification, ideally having reached or progressed through the Professional Stage of the exams.
• Previous experience working within a medium-sized accountancy practice or a similar regional audit environment.
• Strong technical foundation in auditing principles and a proactive approach to solving complex financial reporting challenges.
