Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Execute multi-channel outbound strategies using cold calling, LinkedIn, and email sequences to reach regulatory and product leaders at global medtech firms.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of prospects aligned with Scarlet's ideal customer profile to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Collaborate directly with the commercial leadership team to refine messaging, ICP targeting, and the overall sales motion for cutting-edge AI products.

Candidate profile

Who this is a fit for

  • Has 2-5 years of outbound business development experience, ideally within B2B SaaS, healthtech, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Possesses extraordinary written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex regulatory value propositions into compelling outreach.
  • Demonstrates high grit and a data-driven mindset, comfortable using modern prospecting tools like Clay, Apollo, or CRM systems to manage a sophisticated pipeline.
