• Analyze operational and commercial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, building dashboards and reports for decision-making.
• Map and review business processes, highlighting bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and recommending improvements that balance performance with customer experience.
• Support strategic and operational projects, tracking progress, coordinating between teams, and assisting with implementation and user training.

• Proven track record in analytical or operational roles with increasing responsibility, bringing a strong problem-solving mindset grounded in data.
• Tech-savvy with excellent Google Sheets capabilities, experience with CRM solutions (ideally HubSpot), and integrating off-the-shelf functionality.
• Demonstrated ability to create standard operating procedures and improve operational systems in fast-paced, scaling organizations.

• Influence how a scaling B Corp operates, transforming data into insights and streamlining processes across a global adventure travel company.
• Work closely with the Head of Operations and partner with diverse teams including Sales, Customer Experience, Tech, Marketing, and Finance.
