Reporting to the VP of Data, you will bridge the gap between technical systems and business needs, focusing on HubSpot, AI automation, and cross-departmental integrations to drive operational efficiency and data integrity across global teams.

What you will do

  • Own the configuration and optimization of HubSpot and auxiliary systems like Slack, Aircall, and Linear.
  • Design and implement automated workflows using low-code tools and AI to reduce manual overhead and friction.
  • Govern a robust change control system to ensure scalable, high-quality system updates and technical feasibility.

Candidate profile

  • Has 3+ years of experience in CRM administration with at least 2 years of deep HubSpot expertise.
