Responsibilities
What you will do
- Build and scale a diversified acquisition engine across paid, organic, and partnerships to materially grow marketing-led GMV within 12 months.
- Lead and hire a high-performing 10+ person marketing organization, including specialized teams for Acquisition, Brand, and Revenue Marketing.
- Protect and elevate the brand identity as the platform expands into mainstream SFW markets, ensuring long-term defensibility and category leadership.
