By building robust operating systems across marketing, sales, and operations, you will reduce founder dependency and drive revenue from £50k to £125k+ MRR. This is a high-autonomy role with a clear trajectory toward COO and CEO.

Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Design and implement the company’s internal operating system, including KPI dashboards, delegation structures, and weekly meeting cadences.
  • Manage and hold accountable a cross-functional team of 10 across marketing, sales, and student operations to ensure execution.
  • Optimize the student journey by identifying operational bottlenecks and documenting SOPs to improve placement rates and NPS.

Candidate profile

Who this is a fit for

  • 3-7 years of experience in a high-intensity operating role, ideally as a Founder Associate or Chief of Staff.
  • Proven track record of shipping customer-facing improvements and managing teams to hit aggressive revenue and performance targets.
  • Exceptional structural thinking and communication skills, with the ability to move from high-level strategy to granular execution at speed.
