Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Own and nurture strategic relationships with enterprise pharmaceutical partners, managing QBRs and driving account expansions.
  • Spearhead internal automation initiatives using tools like Zapier or n8n to eliminate operational friction and scale company output.
  • Lead the executive cadence by managing OKRs, preparing board materials, and coordinating cross-functional priorities across engineering and sales.

Candidate profile

Who this is a fit for

  • 3-5 years of high-performance experience in management consulting, investment banking, or operations at a high-growth Series A-C startup.
  • Exceptional executive presence with a proven track record of managing and growing complex B2B or enterprise client relationships.
  • Highly analytical and systems-oriented mindset with the ability to build lightweight internal tooling and thrive in ambiguous environments.
