What you will do
- Design and implement the organisational hierarchy, communication frameworks, and data flows to ensure seamless scaling for the next 100 employees.
- Lead high-impact strategic projects across recruitment, commercial execution, and manufacturing to bridge technical and financial departments.
- Identify team bottlenecks and implement rapid up-skilling frameworks while amplifying company culture across all operational areas.
