What you will do
- Design and implement the organizational hierarchy, responsibility structures, and seamless data flow across technical and non-technical departments.
- Own and execute high-stakes strategic projects across Series B fundraising, government engagement, and commercial expansion.
- Build rapid up-skilling and onboarding frameworks to eliminate team bottlenecks and maintain culture during rapid headcount growth.

- Background in hardware engineering or deep tech with a first-principles approach to solving complex, ambiguous operational problems.
