Responsibilities
What you will do
- Design and lead high-impact strategic projects end-to-end, serving as the primary bridge between the CEO and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with sales and deployment units to build scalable go-to-market operations and ensure high-touch customer success with government agencies.
- Manage the product feedback loop, routing critical insights from caseworkers into the engineering roadmap to drive platform innovation.
Candidate profile

- Proven track record of building internal systems from scratch and leading initiatives that materially change a company's growth trajectory.
