As a Commercial Excellence Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to C-level stakeholders at the world’s largest enterprises. You’ll manage the deployment of Deducta’s agentic workflows, transforming fragmented spend data into actionable intelligence. This high-impact role blends solution engineering and management consulting to deliver measurable bottom-line savings and operational excellence.

• Own the end-to-end client lifecycle from initial proof of concept through long-term deployment, ensuring measurable business value is delivered and recognized.
• Embed deeply within client teams to map complex problems, sequence delivery, and guide the adoption of Deducta’s services across cross-functional departments.
• Act as a vital bridge between clients and the product team, translating field feedback into quantified feature requests that directly influence the product roadmap.

• Proven experience as an Engagement Manager, Solutions Consultant, or Customer Success Manager handling complex, high-stakes enterprise client relationships.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity, take calculated risks, and present strategic solutions to senior leadership stakeholders.
• A customer-obsessed mindset with a background in management consulting or solution engineering, ideally with specific exposure to enterprise procurement or finance processes.
