Creative Director at Mindalter Studio

As Creative Director, you will lead the creative vision for the world’s most advanced AI influencer studio. You’ll own the identity, voice, and narrative for a portfolio of digital personas generating $10M+ in annual revenue. This role involves leading a team of 5-15, running workshops, and designing viral content frameworks.

• Lead and elevate a team of Brand Managers to maintain visual and narrative coherence across a diverse portfolio of AI influencer brands.
• Design repeatable content frameworks and playbooks optimized for virality across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and X.
• Translate daily performance data into creative strategy, iterating rapidly to ensure characters remain at the center of internet culture.

• 6+ years of creative leadership experience directing high-performing teams of 5-15 within influencer brands or creator economy startups.
• Native understanding of internet-native content, formats, and meme ecosystems with a proven track record of scaling short-form video accounts.
• Strong narrative and character development skills with the ability to build personas that audiences form deep, lasting emotional connections with.
