What you will do
- Redesign the Quality Assurance department from first-principles, transitioning manual oversight into sophisticated, automated, and data-driven monitoring systems.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of 20, leading them through operational changes and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to build and implement new automated workflows that enhance customer outcomes.
Candidate profile
Who this is a fit for
- 5-8+ years of experience in management consulting (MBB) or a high-growth operational role like Chief of Staff or Founder’s Associate.
- Highly analytical with strong hands-on SQL skills and the ability to pull and interpret complex datasets to drive strategic decision-making.
