Responsibilities
What you will do
- Lead technical deployments for high-profile AI/ML teams, guiding them from initial onboarding through full-scale production adoption.
- Partner with Sales to identify expansion signals and drive commercial renewals by proving measurable ROI to executive stakeholders.
- Act as a strategic conduit between customers and the Product/Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap based on real-world usage.
Candidate profile
Who this is a fit for
- 2–8 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Account Management.
- Proven track record of managing complex software deployments for enterprise-grade B2B SaaS products, ideally within the AI or data infrastructure ecosystem.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and build processes from the ground up.
