What you will do
- Build and guide a cross-functional engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership, high performance, and continuous technical growth.
- Drive technical excellence by staying hands-on with code reviews, architectural decisions, and system design using Python, TypeScript, and AWS.
- Partner with product managers and designers to translate ambitious roadmaps into production-ready features for 300+ institutional clients.
