You will act as a trusted advisor, driving revenue growth through upsells and ensuring clients maximize value from our AI-driven automation platform to transform their manual supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Cultivate deep, trusting relationships with C-suite executives at enterprise-level accounts, serving as their primary strategic point of contact.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities that align with client growth goals.
  • Lead complex contract renewals and negotiations to secure mutually beneficial, long-term agreements while monitoring key account health metrics.

Candidate profile

Who this is a fit for

  • Proven experience managing and growing high-value accounts within the SaaS or enterprise software space, specifically targeting the logistics or supply chain industry.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a track record of building influence and rapport with senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and experience using CRM systems like Salesforce and customer success tools such as Gainsight or Totango.
