Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Identify and close growth opportunities including platform upsells, usage expansion across new departments, and introducing new product capabilities.
  • Build and maintain a robust expansion pipeline by tracking commercial signals and proactively re-engaging alumni champions who move to new companies.
  • Lead all commercial discussions and closing processes, working in tandem with the Head of Customer Success to ensure long-term account growth.

Candidate profile

Who this is a fit for

  • 4-5 years of experience in SaaS sales or account management with a proven track record of driving upsell and expansion revenue.
  • Strong commercial instincts and a hunter mentality within existing accounts, ideally with experience in HR tech, assessments, or people-related software.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with the ability to confidently lead high-level sales conversations with HR and People leaders.
