Financial Planning & Analysis Lead at Well-funded European e-commerce scale-up

You will lead financial planning for a major market of a B Corp certified gifting leader. Initially focusing on UK cost of goods and gross margin analysis, you will eventually expand into group treasury and central cost ownership. This role bridges the gap between operations and finance to drive sustainable, thoughtful growth.

• Lead the annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes for UK COGS, collaborating with operations and commercial teams to align on key metrics.
• Provide detailed monthly analysis of gross margin performance and present actionable financial insights to senior business stakeholders.
• Manage short and long-term cash forecasting and treasury operations while supporting the optimization of the group's ERP and FP&A systems.

• Qualified finance professional with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in a fast-paced FP&A or business partnering environment.
• Advanced financial modelling skills with specific proficiency in cash flow forecasting and hands-on experience optimizing Netsuite ERP systems.
• Proactive communicator who enjoys collaborative problem-solving and can translate complex financial data into clear strategic conclusions.
