As a Forward Deployed Strategist, you will lead a high-stakes pod to deconstruct and re-architect complex manufacturing workflows for global biotech and pharma leaders. You own the entire commercial outcome, from technical process design to closing deals, ensuring every deployment delivers maximum ROI for life-saving product manufacturers.

• Lead a dedicated pod of engineers and BDRs to execute complex technical implementations and maximize confirmed customer ROI.
• Deconstruct existing manual workflows at customer sites to design and deploy automated, frictionless processes built around the Seal platform.
• Manage the end-to-end commercial relationship, navigating high-stakes technical sales cycles and closing deals with senior life sciences stakeholders.

• Holds a deep technical STEM background (Engineering, Bio, or ChemE) with the intellectual horsepower to master complex regulated domains rapidly.
• Demonstrates a rare blend of commercial instinct and technical depth, ideally from management consulting, solutions engineering, or a Palantir-style role.
