Work directly with the founding team to build the next generation of legal services. As a high-agency generalist, you will solve Alaro's most critical problems across growth, product, and operations. • Design and execute client operations systems, including intake, scoping, and knowledge capture playbooks to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Partner with engineering to translate legal pain points into AI product requirements and roll out automated workflows.
• Drive company growth by supporting founder-led sales, managing strategic partnerships, and building the internal recruiting engine.

• 2-5 years of experience in a high-intensity environment such as MBB consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth startup.
• Exceptional analytical horsepower with a proven ability to turn messy, unscoped problems into clear, executable plans.
• A founder-level ownership mindset with the versatility to switch between high-level strategy and unglamorous execution without losing quality.
