As a Founders Associate at Hydrologiq.com, you'll work directly with our co-founders to accelerate growth and scale our impact. This varied role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, offering broad exposure across business development, operations, and fundraising. You'll be a force multiplier, driving critical projects that shape our trajectory and advance the clean energy transition.

• Research and identify potential customers, partners, and market opportunities, drafting outbound messages and supporting relationship-building efforts.
• Contribute to product strategy discussions, support seed fundraise preparation, including investor research, pitch materials, and financial modelling.
• Assist with day-to-day operational needs, project management for grant-funded initiatives, and tracking company performance through OKRs.

• Possess 2-4 years of professional experience in consulting, market research, operations, or similar varied roles.
• Demonstrate strong research, analytical, and excellent written/verbal communication skills, explaining complex ideas clearly.
• Exhibit comfort with variety, a proactive ownership mindset, and a genuine, passionate interest in climate and sustainability.
