As the Founding AI Engineer, you will revolutionize aircraft maintenance and manufacturing by building production AI systems from the ground up. You will integrate LLMs and computer vision into critical workflows for global aviation leaders, replacing slow, manual processes with high-performance software that ensures safety and speeds up aerospace innovation worldwide.

• Design and deploy production AI systems using Python and LLMs integrated directly into real-world aviation maintenance workflows.
• Own the end-to-end engineering lifecycle from building robust data pipelines to developing user-facing interfaces and MLOps infrastructure.
• Collaborate with an expert advisory board of former OEM leaders and airworthiness heads to solve complex, safety-critical engineering challenges.

• Has 2+ years of software experience with a proven track record of shipping production AI systems using Python, PyTorch, and LLMs.
• Possesses strong backend skills and is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity startup environment.
• Thrives on high ownership and is energized by building clean, usable products that solve real-world problems for global aviation customers.
