As a Founding AI Engineer, you will architect Skiffra’s core intelligence, designing production-grade agentic frameworks that navigate complex, real-world industrial environments. You will move fluidly between model optimization and backend systems to transform messy operational data into adaptive workflows. This is a high-leverage role for builders who prioritize real-world impact over digital demos.

• Architect and harden production-grade orchestration frameworks using LLMs, persistent memory, and tool-integration for complex industrial workflows.
• Implement high-fidelity RAG pipelines to ensure reliable context retrieval from fragmented, real-world data sources.
• Strategically select and optimize models, balancing frontier reasoning models with fine-tuned open-weight models for performance and data sovereignty.

• 7+ years of systems engineering experience with a deep understanding of the infrastructure required to make AI reliable in production.
• Expert fluency in the transformer-based stack, including embeddings, vector databases, and sophisticated context window management.
• Hands-on experience with Python and agentic frameworks like LangGraph or LlamaIndex, coupled with a "Palantir FDE" mindset for handling enterprise chaos.
