Join Tano.ai to build the world's first autonomous AI CMO. You will move beyond simple automation to develop sophisticated multi-agent systems that handle end-to-end marketing strategy and execution. As a founding team member, you will shape the technical architecture, ship rapid AI features, and define how global brands manage billions in spend.

• Architect and build production-grade multi-agent AI systems using TypeScript (NextJS/NestJS) and pragmatic Python/GoLang services.
• Design and implement complex agentic workflows and RAG systems that autonomously discover, vet, and manage influencer marketing campaigns.
• Own significant portions of the product roadmap, translating customer feedback into scalable features while maintaining a rapid shipping cadence.

• Strong full-stack engineering background with deep expertise in TypeScript and experience building production-ready AI features beyond basic API calls.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity with high agency, ideally having worked in early-stage startups or on zero-to-one product builds.
• Practical understanding of LLMs, agentic orchestration, and revenue attribution models within a performance-driven marketing or SaaS context.
