Responsibilities
What you will do
- Ship core features end-to-end across a React and NestJS stack, moving from initial concept to production experiments with high autonomy.
- Design and implement foundational architectural decisions that will define how the platform scales as it moves toward Series A.
- Act as a technical sparring partner to the CTO, translating weekly customer feedback into robust, production-ready code that solves validated pain points.
Candidate profile
Who this is a fit for
- At least 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience with a strong command of React, Node.js, and ideally NestJS or MongoDB.
- Proven track record of high agency, such as founding a company, shipping a significant side project, or being an early hire at a startup.
- AI-native workflow expertise, demonstrating proficiency with tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and concurrent agents to accelerate development cycles.
