Founding Engineer (Browser Automation) at Aglide (YC S23)

Join a high-caliber team of four building the infrastructure that connects disconnected enterprise apps to SSO. As a Founding Engineer, you will develop browser-based agents that automate mission-critical workflows for decacorn financial firms. You'll own features end-to-end, from customer discovery to shipping production code that secures global workforces against state-sponsored threats.

• Architect and improve the core web-automation engine to handle complex, non-API tasks within an on-device Electron environment.
• Build a user-facing workflow builder that allows non-technical enterprise users to configure secure automations for any web application.
• Design and implement end-to-end encrypted infrastructure and platform analytics to provide enterprise customers with total visibility and security control.

• Has 1+ years of production software experience with strong systems thinking and the ability to debug messy browser-automation environments.
• Demonstrates a high-ownership mindset, comfortable meeting directly with customers to diagnose issues and shipping solutions to production within days.
• Possesses technical familiarity with TypeScript and Postgres, ideally with hands-on experience in Electron, browser extensions, or automation tools like Puppeteer.
