Responsibilities
What you will do
- Build and ship production-grade AI features using LLMs and agentic workflows to automate complex risk engineering processes.
- Lead on-premise Docker-based enterprise deployments and represent the engineering team in technical sessions with client IT and Infosec teams.
- Establish the company’s technical foundation, engineering culture, and development processes to 10x output as the team scales.
Candidate profile
Who this is a fit for
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in Python (Flask/Django) and modern TypeScript/React ecosystems.
- Proven track record of shipping products from scratch and a background in high-level research or higher education (BSc/MSc/PhD).
- Highly productive with AI development tools and comfortable operating at the intersection of engineering, infrastructure, and customer delivery.
