Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Build and execute the end-to-end US go-to-market strategy, covering everything from ICP definition and outbound prospecting to demos and onboarding.
  • Serve as the primary face of the brand at industry events and within RIA and broker-dealer communities to build authentic, high-trust relationships.
  • Act as the critical feedback loop between US customers and the international product team to shape localization, compliance templates, and priority features.

Candidate profile

Who this is a fit for

  • You have 3–6 years of experience in the US financial advice industry as an adviser, paraplanner, or in a client-facing fintech sales role.
  • You possess a deep understanding of the US regulatory landscape and the technical documentation workflows required for RIA and broker-dealer compliance.
  • You are a builder with a high-ownership mindset who is an active AI power user, comfortable operating without a pre-existing sales playbook.
