Founding GTM Operator at High-growth AI recruitment platform

You will build the business engine from first principles, identifying revenue bottlenecks and running high-signal experiments to break them. This role covers the entire funnel, from top-of-funnel outbound to customer activation. You will transition manual processes into scalable systems, using AI-driven tools to create a repeatable and high-velocity GTM playbook.

• Diagnose funnel bottlenecks and prioritize experiments to create pipeline through modern outbound and PLG loops.
• Build and systemize world-class GTM infrastructure using advanced tools like Clay and AI agents for sales automation.
• Drive customer activation by managing the experience from first touch to the successful delivery of first candidate introductions.

• Proven commercial experience in a high-growth SaaS or AI scaleup, or experience as a former founder.
• Technical proficiency in building automated workflows and using AI tools to summarize calls, flag objections, and enrich data.
• Elite cognitive drive with high agency, capable of operating autonomously in a fast-paced, in-person London environment.
