You will lead customer acquisition end-to-end for a proptech-fintech hybrid reimagining rental operations. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll build a compounding growth engine across London, cracking distribution to agency-using landlords through structured experiments, geographic density strategies, and offline referral loops. Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Design and execute structured experiments across unconventional channels like licensing registers, mail drops, and referral partner networks.
  • Build geographic density in specific London boroughs to trigger local reputation effects and frictionless referral loops.
  • Manage the end-to-end growth stack, from defining KPIs and clean attribution to conducting monthly NPS checks for product-led growth.

Candidate profile

Who this is a fit for

  • 5-8+ years of growth experience, with at least 2 years in a high-growth B2C marketplace or fintech environment like Revolut.
  • Proven track record of running disciplined experiments with documented hypotheses and pass/fail thresholds.
