Responsibilities
What you will do
- Own the end-to-end customer journey post-sale, driving deep product adoption and securing hires for customers to ensure long-term retention.
- Identify and execute expansion opportunities within your book of business to grow revenue and scale the impact of Jill's AI agents.
- Transform manual customer success tasks into structured, repeatable processes by building dashboards, feedback loops, and automated workflows.
