You will initially own end-to-end hiring before expanding into operations, marketing, and international expansion to remove growth bottlenecks and speedrun your career.

• Lead the end-to-end hiring journey by sourcing, screening, and defining the gold standard for talent as the team scales.
• Solve critical operational bottlenecks across marketing, RevOps, finance, and legal to ensure seamless business execution.
