Founding Product Manager at Tracebit — Series A Security Startup

As Tracebit’s first Product Manager, you will shape the roadmap for a high-growth platform detecting cloud intrusions via advanced canaries. Working directly with the founders, you will translate customer needs into high-impact features, drive execution with engineering, and bridge the gap between technical innovation and commercial success for blue-chip clients.

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap by ruthlessly prioritizing features based on customer research, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate daily with the CEO and CTO to define long-term strategy while remaining hands-on with mockups, documentation, and prototyping.
• Build deep relationships with security teams to uncover usage patterns and use AI-driven insights to accelerate feature development and delivery.

• Proven experience (1-2+ years) in product management within the security, infrastructure, or developer tools domain with a strong technical pedigree.
• Analytical builder who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast without heavy process, and connects product decisions directly to commercial outcomes.
• Highly collaborative communicator comfortable working in a high-density, office-based environment near Warren Street to iterate quickly with engineering teams.
