Responsibilities

What you will do

Write production-grade code daily across the full stack including Ruby on Rails, PHP, Vue.js, and AWS infrastructure handling thousands of requests per minute.
Lead a product triad alongside a PO and Designer, managing the technical delivery and architectural roadmap for a team of three developers.
Mentor and develop direct reports through proactive pairing, rigorous code reviews, and individual growth plans focused on long-term career breadth.
