Responsibilities
What you will do
- Execute the full sales cycle from initial prospect outreach and pitch material preparation to final customer onboarding and implementation nuances.
- Conduct deep-dive research into complex topics like chargeback infrastructure or payroll solutions to provide actionable strategic recommendations for the business.
- Drive customer success by managing relationships and developing compelling communications that lure new partners and keep existing ones winning.
Candidate profile
Who this is a fit for
- At least 2 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or BizOps with mastery of Excel, slide creation, and complex stakeholder management.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a track record of producing precise, compelling arguments for external and internal audiences.
- An entrepreneurial auto-didact who thrives in unstructured environments and is comfortable assuming ownership of everything from investor updates to technical product operations.
