What you will do

  • Design and manage automated email and LinkedIn campaigns for both cold and warm outbound prospecting.
  • Evaluate and implement a modern tech stack including AI-driven solutions for data enrichment and sales automation.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Sales and Growth teams to build repeatable systems for sustainable pipeline generation.

Candidate profile

Who this is a fit for

  • Has 1+ years of experience in an analytical, sales engineering, growth, or business development role (or is a former founder).
  • Possesses deep familiarity with modern sales tools such as Clay, Smart Lead, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Exhibits a high degree of independence and the ability to exceed targets in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
