What you will do

  • Define the growth strategy across DTC and retail, optimizing channel mix, investment logic, and quarterly success metrics.
  • Lead a high-performing growth team to execute on paid social, CRO, creative experimentation, and influencer partnerships.
  • Build the marketing scorecard to track CAC, LTV, and media efficiency, turning data into clear board-level recommendations.
